What is a Lifestyle Manager?
A lifestyle manager is a person or company that helps you attain the lifestyle you wish to lead. And for every individual, it's different. The first thing our lifestyle managers do is get to know you - how you like things done, how you are organized, how you like to communicate, how you work. That way, we can make an assessment of what tasks we can best help you with and how we can make your life easy again - whether personally, professionally or both.

How is this service different then the concierge service I get from my credit card company?
We do everything your credit card company can do and more. We like to consider ourselves a bit more personalized than phoning into a call center. At Arden Lifestyle, you will always speak with your own dedicated lifestyle consultant, who knows your personal preferences, is experienced and cultured in entertainment, travel, etc. and is local to where you live.
We are not just a concierge service for making dinner reservations, we are personal assistants and lifestyle managers that help you with everyday tasks. We are here to make your life easier!

I require a specific service that I don't see on your list of services. Can you help me?
We have listed the typical services requested, but we are happy to provide most anything you need. There are some services we do not perform, so it would be best to contact your dedicated lifestyle consultant to discuss specific issues.

What method of payment do you accept for the membership fee or hourly rate charges?
We accept Company Checks, Certified Checks and Cash. We will be offering the option to pay by credit card shortly.

Are your services pre-paid?
Yes, clients must pay for the services prior to them being fulfilled.

Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your fee?
No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate or membership fee.

How do I pay Arden Lifestyle Management for materials, expenses and taxes?
We can either keep your credit card information on file and you can pay for the item directly, or we can pay for it and then bill you in one monthly invoice for all of your purchases that month. If Arden Lifestyle funds are used, a 10% surcharge will be added to the monthly bill.

How do I start?
The President of our company makes it her first priority to personally speak with all new clients. Michele Renda welcomes you to contact her via phone at (212) 757-1250 to sign up for our exclusive services. Or if you prefer to sign up right now, you can always sign up online, and we will contact you at a time that is most convenient for you.
Together, we will fill out the client worksheet and we'll conduct a "get-to-know-you" interview so that we may learn about your preferences.

How do I make a request?
Requests can be made via phone, fax, or email. We will then send you a confirmation outlining the information you just gave us. Once the request is complete, you will receive another confirmation informing you that the task is complete. If we are completing travel or entertainment requests, you will receive a complete itinerary with times, dates, confirmation numbers, etc.

What do you do with the information I give you about me, my family, my company?
Arden Lifestyle Management does NOT give out information to any other party whatsoever, and the only information that is collected is used to complete the requested services.
